I’m soft skill trainer for individuals and group. I use a personalized training program that mix training and various experiential laboratory, including improv theater.

This method combines elements of traditional training and workshops. The advantages of both learning models to offer a more dynamic and effective learning experience. Integrating these approaches makes learning more, engaging, and funny. Learning by doing: Through experience, the notions learned in training are put into practice and transformed into tools.

Role play simulates a situation closely aligned with reality, where the participant interacts with actors in predetermined roles, without a script and a direction, allowing them to improvise and react as they would in a real-life situation.
